Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + super

The Role:
We have a graduate structural engineering position available for an individual who has recently or is close to finishing a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to fast track their professional career and grow alongside an incredibly fast past company.

This is a permanent full-time position for graduates; however, we are also open to final year students applying and commencing part-time and transitioning to full-time upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate in project teams under senior engineers, delivering innovative projects within time, cost, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure projects are scoped, delivered on time and budget, and meet client expectations through regular review and reporting.
  • Develop technical skills through mentorship and teamwork with experienced professionals.
  • Contribute to structural designs, planning, and documentation for various projects.
  • Learn and utilise engineering design software tools.
  • Gain exposure to a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
  • Assist in on-site inspections, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • Develop a broad understanding of structural engineering principles.
  • Customise learning to individual interests and specialties.
  • Support business operations as needed under senior management guidance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or near completion).
