The Role:
We have a graduate structural engineering position available for an individual who has recently or is close to finishing a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to fast track their professional career and grow alongside an incredibly fast past company.
This is a permanent full-time position for graduates; however, we are also open to final year students applying and commencing part-time and transitioning to full-time upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in project teams under senior engineers, delivering innovative projects within time, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects are scoped, delivered on time and budget, and meet client expectations through regular review and reporting.
- Develop technical skills through mentorship and teamwork with experienced professionals.
- Contribute to structural designs, planning, and documentation for various projects.
- Learn and utilise engineering design software tools.
- Gain exposure to a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in on-site inspections, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
- Develop a broad understanding of structural engineering principles.
- Customise learning to individual interests and specialties.
- Support business operations as needed under senior management guidance.
- Genuine passion for engineering and the construction industry.
- Eagerness to learn and develop your engineering knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise workload effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or near completion).
